How NC CrickLine Works

NC CrickLine turns match scoring and tournament records into clear public pages that are useful before, during, and after a local cricket match.

Follow a live match

Open the Live Match Center to see every match currently marked live. Select a fixture to open its scorecard, where the current score, wickets, overs, batters, bowlers, recent deliveries, and match situation update as the scorer records play.

Live information depends on the official scoring activity for that fixture. If a match is delayed, paused, or awaiting an update, the page may temporarily show the most recently recorded ball.

Review fixtures and results

The upcoming page lists scheduled matches, while the results page provides completed fixtures. A match page keeps the scorecard and available innings information together, making it easier to understand how the result was reached rather than seeing only the final total.

Tournament pages bring related fixtures, participating teams, standings, and available summaries into one competition view.

Explore teams, players, and rankings

Team pages identify the local sides recorded on NC CrickLine and connect visitors to their competition activity. Player profiles display recorded performances associated with a permanent player identity. This avoids treating two players with the same name as the same person.

The My Zone rankings organise batting, bowling, and team performance using available match records. Figures can change when new matches are completed or when an authorised scorer corrects an official scorecard.

Purpose for the cricket community

For players, the platform provides a visible performance history. For teams, it offers a common place to review squads, fixtures, and standings. For organisers, it supports consistent tournament records. For fans, it makes local cricket easier to follow from the ground or from elsewhere.

Visitors can browse public match information without managing a match. Team registration and scoring controls are separate workflows intended for authorised representatives and scorers.
