The core function of NC CrickLine is recording and displaying cricket match data. This includes team scores, individual player statistics (runs, wickets, strike rates, economy, etc.), ball-by-ball event records, playing XI listings, match timelines, and tournament results.

This data is primarily statistical and performance-related. It is displayed publicly on player profiles, match pages, leaderboards, and tournament summaries. Because cricket is an inherently public, score-based sport, this performance data is intended to be visible to viewers and is not treated as private personal information in the same way as account or contact data.

When a team manager or representative registers a team or players for a tournament, we collect information needed to administer the competition. This may include:

• Team name and team logo.
• Player names, a permanent Global Player ID, and playing role.
• Contact details of the person submitting the registration (such as email).
• Tournament selection and registration status (pending, approved, rejected).

Each player receives a permanent Global Player ID (for example, NCTV-P####) so that their statistics can follow them across different teams and tournaments over time. This ID and the associated performance statistics are displayed publicly.

When you upload a player photo or team logo, the image is stored securely and used to display on the relevant player profile, team page, leaderboard, or broadcast overlay. Uploaded images may be visible to other Platform users.

You should only upload content that you have the right to share. By uploading a photo of a player, you confirm that you have that player's consent, or the consent of a parent/guardian where the player is a minor.

When you access NC CrickLine, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type, operating system, and browser version.
• Approximate location derived from IP address (region/country level).
• Pages viewed, match pages visited, and general usage patterns.
• Referring URLs and access times.

This information is used to keep the Platform running, improve performance, and produce aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

NC CrickLine uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and support the Progressive Web App (PWA) features such as offline caching and installability.

Cricket match records, player statistics, and tournament results are retained for the long term because they form the historical record of local cricket and the basis of permanent player profiles linked to a Global Player ID.

Account and registration data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Account data may be deleted on request (see below), though historical statistical records tied to a player's performance may be retained in an anonymised or depersonalised form so that match and tournament history remains accurate.

NC CrickLine is a cricket platform where local tournaments may include junior or youth players. Performance data (such as scores and statistics) for such players may be displayed publicly as part of match records, consistent with the public nature of the sport.

We do not knowingly collect personal contact information (such as email addresses) from children. Registrations and account creation are handled by adult team managers, representatives, or parents/guardians. Anyone registering a minor player confirms they have the necessary consent. If you believe a child's personal data has been collected improperly, please contact us so we can address it.

You may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
